Suddenly, on my S23 device, I am facing a serious issue related to 5G. While using 5G, calling is not working. Sometimes, when the phone receives a 5G signal, calling is not working. I tried airplane mode on/off, and I even restarted the phone, but the problem is not solved..

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also restart your's device without any Sim in slots also interchange Sim in slots also turn off power saving mode also optimize your's device also reset call settings also clear catche of all apps manually then try to it's again. Kindly make sure that the VONR option is enable on your device.
Path: Settings > Connection > Mobile Network > VoNR (Voice Over 5G).

In case the issue persists, please take your device to the nearest service center for a physical inspection. You can locate your nearest service center by visiting https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/.
