When device heats up while playing games the device switches network 5g to 4g automatically. For battery and thermals. Samsung needs to fix this .

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your query, we want to inform you that when connected to a 5G network, they handle higher data speeds efficiently. However, during resource-heavy activities like gaming, if the device heats up, it automatically switches to 4G to reduce overheating and maintain performance.
