Hi Samsung, I am your Customer from last 5 years, I have a Samsung S21 FE model. After updating November 2025 update. My phone can't make phone calls or receive them also WiFi calling isn't working either including internet which i can barely use it . But WIFI is working fine. I already tried many methods :- 
1. Reset Network settings
2. Factory reset the phone
3. Changed Sims
4. Tried 2g, 3g, 4g and 5g network.
5. Connected with network service provider 

But Nothing worked, People always warn not to update the phones specially Samsungs. Today I am regretting my choice to update it. Over 2 years I am using this phone it worked smoothly little bit issue but this is beyond, even Samsung Servive center don't know how to resolve this issue. Please Undo the update or send a new update to resolve this issue. Or Help me to resolve this issue.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. As per your concern, you have already done the possible troubleshooting steps and the issue remains unresolved, we kindly request you to share the log file. Also, share the video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve the issues.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
