Every other app and game is working just fine and tbh I play bgmi and even that game is not heating my phone as much as insta...I think its an app issue...hope it get fixed soon enough

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, etc:
Turn off unused functions like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and location settings when not using them.
On the home screen swipe down the notification panel, and turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.

Decrease the screen brightness:
If your device is heating, decrease the screen brightness sometimes high brightness levels may cause the heating issue.

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.

Reinstall the App: Galaxy Store apps: Open the Galaxy Store, and then tap Menu (the three horizontal lines) in the upper right corner. Tap My Apps; from the Apps tab, find the missing app and tap the Download icon.

Close background running apps:
''Multiple applications'' are running in the background of the device?
When running multiple applications, the processor processes more tasks and as a result, additional heat is released from the device. This happens with most electronic devices (even computers/laptops), including the devices of other manufacturers. Close all applications not in use. This can be accomplished by using the recent application button located to the left of the home button.

Uninstall the unnecessary apps:
Too many apps installed on the device may cause the device heating issue. Uninstall the unnecessary apps if not using them.
