Beta full. Please don't bothered about this issue now. Always a stable version update is better than Beta update. You will be get One UI 8.0 stable version update maybe in next quarter. The beta program is full for S24 and soon the beta program will start for S23 Although Samsung has not released any list yet but you can expect a stable ONE UI 8 in October/November 2025 and Samsung never says the exact date so be patient until you get notified
