After waiting for so long for any revised notice from Samsung for Android 14 update in Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G, finally I gave up and switched to Apple iphone 15.

Samsung should have provided Android 14 in S20 FE 5G in India because they Launched it with Android 11 but they ditched it.

This sales centric approach of Samsung proved it is not a trust worthy brand in after sales support.

Samsung is sales centric but it should be balanced between Sales and after sales support for users because they promised 4 year major upgrade but they stopped only after 3 years, even though they sold this device till recently.

I know globally it came with 10 out of the box but in India it was launched with Android 11, they previously planned the updates also but later on they cancelled without considering its users.

Great apple is far better in update and give long term update with more stability. Samsung is dumb with battery backup in his device.
