My Samsung S21 FE 5G (Exgenos) got thisgreen line on screen after the latest updatewas installed on it. @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile Can you look into this andsuggest if this can be fixed through softwareupdates? This type of experience I was not68 expecting for a premium phone

As per Customer Support team this a new business policy to loot the Samsung users. They will ask you to contact service center then service center will ask you to pay 10-14k to replace the display when it is not our fault and the issue is 1000% due to the bad software update.
Pathetic experience and rude behavior by the customer support over phone.

Let's everyone create a complaint case in NCH (National ConsumerHelpline)app and share the case number here.

As per my suggestion better to switch to iPhone.

Doesn't matter, if the issue is caused due to the bad updates company should have the minimum courtesy to resolve the issue for the customer.

Even POCO/MI had replaced the out of warranty phones when a few Poco phones got screen black out/ dead after the system update.

Power OFF Galaxy smartphones and turn ON-
