I updated my phone on 1st November 2023 I got a yellow on my s21 fe on 2nd November. Now my s21 fe has 5 yellow lines. I went to the service center, and they said that I need to pay 9.5k to 10k to get my display replaced. My phone doesn't have any physical damage and many s21 fe users are facing this issue and many have got yellow lines after the November update. Samsung need to take initiative to provide a free replacement.

I know, buddy. Many people have got yellow lines after the same update. What I'm suggesting is that they should take initiative, similar to OnePlus, which provided free replacements.

My dear complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to Samsung service center for replace/repair it's free of cost. Also mail to CEO Samsung India. Thanks.

After spending all the time to visit service center and getting job sheet number , a supervisor calls and rejects free of cost service for fixing these lines. So, please take the necessary action instead of stopping there with job sheet numbers.

I've already informed Samsung team that many S21FE users are facing this display line issue, especially some time after warranty is over, and service centers are only asking to pay for fixing display line issues.

It will be nice if Samsung India considers the amount paid for these devices as these are expensive mobile phones and should be considered for such services.
