From this morning onwards ,my samsung music player has no sound ouput both via speakers and headphones,other apps such as youtube and all has no problem,tried clearing cache and data,still the same.What to do?

Try reset apps preferences too..
and check app permissions once again
or
try playing music with some other player like Spotify
or
uninstall samsung music player and install it again
