I have new update on the same issue, now i have 5 white lines after each software updates i have a new line, now for the last update i got 2 new white lines.

Am soo fed up with samsung right now almost all issues with my s20 and s21fe has multiple issues.

I have went to my nearest samsung service center and they told me that they have to send my mobile phone to delhi for basic checking even if actually its samsung fault or mine and it would take 1 week atleast. How does this mean? All over south india does samsung have just one service center?? Is that how u want treat services that lethargic?? I know its software fault... i know a single display line vertical strip has been disconnected by overheating so gum releases... already my mobile does not perform well i want samsung to reply back. I need a service as soon as possible with door to door service. Am soo fed up i argued and defended promoted to buy samsung products for my whole family but this makes me think worse... do you think i will ever consider to buy a new samsung phone in future that too expensive one (for my budget), i spent 45k my when i was just 16 age.

I had already posted the issue when it started, still now my issue have not been resolved the issue got worse, i havent gave my mobile to any other 3rd party service because if other one opens it then samsung wont accept their own mistakes.

I have a plan to buy s25 as i need good camera but i no more can trust samsung untill they give me a positive solution

Same goes with s23. Even the camera quality is decreasing day by day.

I found sudden Green line issue in my S21 fe. My phone purchase date is 28 September 2022 and according to Samsung policy phone is under 3 years for claim free screen replacement.

At first I visited Samsung service center Hanumangarh. They refused to repair my device because there are some miner dents on frame.

I totally disappointed and want to repair by paying screen cast.

But at 19 September I went to Ganganagar and visited Samsung service center. They asked me to submit my phone and offer free screen replacement by Samsung. They give approx 25 days time period for repair my phone.

There are also some display colour issue in my Samsung phone by water or heating damage.

But they totally replace my Display with Battery by taking only 500 rupees repair cost.

Now I understand that the screen replacement or other device related issue totally depends on service center. No matter what's your device condition if the Service center wants your device definitely repair free of cost.

Thanks Samsung and also a special Thanks for Samsung service center Ganganagar, Rajasthan
