I want to draw your kind attention to problem occured in samsung s25 ultra device. In this regard it is to inform you that multiple vertical lines (sometimes thin sometimes thick) showing while I use AI in whatsapp, fb messenger, instagram and even in calendar app. I have purchased this device from SAMSUNG SHOP Online app. Device received on 24 September and activated on 25 September 2025. Problem not resolved even after update software by samsung authorised service centre. So, kindly solve this problem as soon as possible.
