Multi window crash

My device ( S7 edge SM-G935FD) just got the 8.0 oreo update and I updated the device after the update it crashing the Multi window view, it was worked perfectly in the previous android version (Nougat 7.0), please fix this bug.

have you did reset your device after oreo update? it should be done after mejor os upgrade.

no I didn't reset the device, will it work after resetting?

it should be. take backup all of your important files. and make reset. you can also send error report to samsung authority. (open samsung community->slide from left->go support->send feedback->error report) before resetting. i think you will get better sugestion within 2 days. or you can go service centre.

I am a s8 user, after Oreo update I had many problems but eventually most of the issues were cleared with monthly updates, so give it sometime & in the mean time enjoy the new UI.
