Modes and routines have stopped working

I have a S23U and suddenly since yesterday my Modes and Routines have stopped working. When I go to the page, it just loading and no button us getting clicked. I have also cleared data and cache but to no avail.

I can see complaints raised on 14th sept for multiple S series phones in the community

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
