Hi Members, 

My S23 Ultras Modes & Routines is not working. When I click on create a routine by clicking "If" im getting a blank screen. Even when I click on search it's of the same condition. 

I have rebooted the system, force stopped the app,Uninstalled the app & even cleared the cache (advanced method - pressing upper volume and power button). Its still the same.

Please help guys

I have never ever seen such an issue.
I am astonished.
Was it working fine before an update? Then it highest be a bug.

Yes it was working fine in the past but last 3-4 days it stopped working.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Keep your apps updated: Galaxy Store apps: Open Galaxy Store, tap the Menu (the three horizontal lines), in the upper left corner, and then tap Updates. From here, you can either tap the circling arrow next to individual apps to update one at a time or tap Update All to install all available updates.

Play Store apps: Open the Play Store, tap, and then tap your profile picture. Tap My apps & games. From here, you can either tap Update next to individual apps or tap Update All to install all available updates.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).

Update the latest version from Galaxy app store...ur problem will be fixed
