How to access the apps, if I have deleted the mode from modes and routines? If anyone could provide any tip, I'm unable to access WhatsApp etc

As per your concern kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
1)Go to modes and routines.
2)Create a new routine or customize any existing mode.
3)Follow the path: Change settings > Open an app or do an app action > Select your app or action>Done>Done.
