Mobile heating issues

The latest update of my phone I.e. Samsung Galaxy s20 fe 5g was on 21st September 2022, after the update my mobile is having heating issue. 

When I am using only one app not for very long the mobile's temperature rises as high that you can't hold the mobile. Even while charging also i faced this problem. So I am afraiding that something might happen. 

Because before this update I was using so many apps simultaneously but never faced this kind of problem nor temperature rises that much. 

Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
