Same issue with me.. I updated to latest patch today's morning  (Jun 28, 2024) and since then mobile network on my phone is not working...
Tough, wifi is working fine and I can only call using vo-wifi feature.
This is not expected from Samsung to release a software patch without proper testing.. its the basic use case.
Samsung should look into this on priority and release a patch to address this issue immediately.
