Today I visited the service center they calibrated the mic, then the microphone works perfectly fine. But my question is how can they calibrated the mic opening hardware or by software? Because they have no right to open the phone within 14 days after purchasing.

If they performed calibration, then it's a software issue. Even some Android UIs have features for speaker cleaning and other maintenance tasks in the settings. So, don't worry; they didn't open your phone.
