Microphone issues on voip

Microphone still works fine with mobile operator calls, however since last 2 months, there started issues with WhatsApp video as well as audio calls with the other person unable to figure out what i was speaking due to illegible audio from my side as well as continuous breaks in voice. A few days back, even google meet started having the same issue. I tried resetting apps preferences, updated phone software, resetting phone settings (except factory reset) but nothing is working. Now if microphone is having issues, i should not be able to make normal calls. Plus the phone diagnosis shows both microphones are working just fine. 

Just to test the same, i tried recording with voice recorder which recorss just fine, however with online voice recording, the tempo of my recording increases rapidly after a second or two and sounds like a fast forwarded playback. The issue is not with microphone since when I am connecting a headphone and recording, the issue persists. 

Pls help.

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.

Samsung customer support has only option: factory reset. They hardly have anything else to offer
