Mic mute issue when calling

I observed very weired random issue on my S25 Ultra...Once I call someone; mic is not getting activated and that i come to know when i saw that green indicator not coming on top once users accept call so voice is not getting heard at other end. I was thinking its network issue but its mic activation issue...if we click mic mute unmute then person at other end able to hear voice

I am also using Samsung s25U but not facing this issue, is it happening for normal call or WhatsApp call. If it is with WhatsApp call pls check have you given mic access to the app while using the app method. This happens when you are on a audio call and open another app on top of WhatsApp it revokes the mic access

Facing this for regular calls...WhatsApp calls working fine...using Airtel 5G sim. Tried resetting and also checked disabling 2g, wifi calling etc settings. Using Good lock etc for customization but i dont think that can cause trouble

Same here.. I am also using Airtrl 5G even using wifi calling feature as and when wifi connectivity is there and GoodLock app module as well. You should report this at feedback section

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon also go to service center for check and resolves this issue. Tried to change and use Google dialer instead of Samsung but its happening in that as well. Got some other forum entry from EU region reporting same issue
