We can get memory card for under 2000 to 500 rupees but we have to pay 5000 to 100000 to just get more memory from 128gb to 1 tb

Performance and data transfer rate of onboard storage and memory card are quite different. Onboard storage is fastest.

Due to technological advancements, internal storage is now much faster than memory cards. Hence, there is no use in providing a slot for slower cards. Secondly, they remove less useful features to make space for other components.
Regarding chargers, it's all cost-cutting. I think every company should offer the option to include a charger when purchasing the device. But anyway, due to PD technology, one charger can now output different wattages and fast-charge many devices.
