Media playback menu bug, HELP!

No video is playing in prime videos app as of now. 

Still in lockscreen it is showing prime video playback menu with unknown written.

The app is present in recent menu but it is closed.

How to remove it.

Force stop prime video.
If it happens regularly give error report via get help section.

Hm.. its kinda solved but not completely. If I press back while playing video and then close the app it doesn't come.
But if I press home while video is playing then it comes and what happens is that the playback menu is there and if I press play button then audio will start playing with no video.

Going to Home from the app won't close it. That could be the reason.

It shows media control, so it should. The bug I see here is it is showing the video as unknown. 🤔

Yes thats 1 but also if I press play it will start playing the audio but will not launch the app.

It will launch the app if you press on the app name.

That I know, the issue is its a video app and if I press play button it should also show video along with audio or don't do anything at all.

Clear cache/data of prime video and try
