March Security Update with One UI 4.1 for S21 Ultra. Few minutes of playing with it seems stable update and safe to go for it. But any drastic change in battery consumption is yet to seen. There are tons of small features are added and more polished version seems so. SAFE TO UPDATE. Cheers Samsung for fantastic track record of update.

The new update is making my phone reboot after every call I make or receive. It's annoying. Any suggestions for a solution?

See if you had updated phone over the wifi or phone data then sometimes it happens that i between there is some minor drop in connection leads to corrupt software update.

Only thing i can suggest is take a backup and go to any nearest Samsung Service Center and ask them to upload the newest software by computer. That will solve it, but again am telling you, please take backup as it will earse your phone.
