I am using Galaxy S21+ and recently updated the phone to one UI 5.1. I noticed that after this update, whenever I click a night mode photo, post-processing, the entire image turns green. It happens from both the front camera and the back camera. Another interesting thing to note is that this happens only in dark environment. When the environment is bright and night mode is turned on, the picture turns out to be fine.
I haven't received any further update and all my apps are updated.
I am attaching a screen recording which will clearly show the problem. I hope this bug is known and a fix is on the way.

Step1: From the home screen tap on Camera. Step2: Tap on Settings. Step3: Scroll up and tap on Reset settings. Step4: Tap on Reset.
