Hi,

I previously had an S8 and it connected perfectly with the Moto 360 2nd gen smartwatch. Now I have the S20 but I just cannot find my watch through android wear. The watch name just does not show up.

Any solutions?

2st try connecting the watch manually through Settings and bluetooth. After that go to android wear app.

- Check Reset app preferences:- Settings > Apps > More option or Tap three dots > Reset App Preferences.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
