Low Game Performance

Hi Samsung,

After Switched from IPhone 14 Plus I bought Samsung GS23 ultra a day ago by now and I'm feeling trapped to make a wrong choice trusting a flagship phone like S23 ultra. I literally can't digest the game is so choppy and worst graphics. IPhone is so well optimised in games and OS. In bought this phone just to play BGMI in 90Fps mode now iphone 60FPS is far more better I feel.

I don't play games but i can say samsung s23 ultra is the best than apple in terms of features and user friendly works.

Samsung is known for it's one ui, features and it's ecosystem.
If you are a gamer, then you have to forget the word 'SAMSUNG'.
Hard gamers never choose Samsung.
And I m not a hard gamer. :)

Nobody buys IPhone for gaming as well but the game experience is amazing because of it's optimization. Samsung have all the features which a flagship phone needs its just the optimisation which is needed in their OS. We as a customer have all the rights to ask and suggest.

This is because apple phone has Biionic chips which provide better game optimisation due to high core CPUS and GPUS , However Samsung Uses Intel Chip which is suitable for tasks but not gaming the phone may become hot because it cannot Handel such high graphics

Exynos Chips are present sorry not intel sorry for my mistake intel Chips are in samsung laptops

Even there you are partially wrong. The s23 lineup uses Snapdragon 8 gen 2, not exynos.
