Low Exchange Price 😔😔😔😔😔

I wants to exchange my old Samsung S20FE5G phones with new S21, In exchange they gives lowest price of old phone i.e. 11k only . I have question "Why samsung doing this? Why?" Even chinies budget phone gets better exchange price, and samsung flsgship phone does not get better price. Why ?

Oneplus is Chinese and it has a good exchange value than samsung, for my old One plus nord i got 17k,

Which site did you tried exchange?
Amazon, flipkart or samsung official store?

Pls try in Cashify also, i beleive you will get a better price.

Use Cashify for selling old phones bro. You will get a far better quote. You can get the trade-in value in your Amazon Pay wallet as well if you choose, and then, you can use that to buy the S21.
