My friend shared 2 pics of his 14 day old S24 Ultra and already the Lol Titanium Frame has 2 marks on it.

My friend phone has never been dropped and he is using it with Samsung Official Shield Case for S24 Ultra from day 1.

Photo with number 1 has scuff marks and he thinks that mark from the official case and service center denied to do anything about it.

Photo with number 2 where paint has been removed is my friend fault only.

He went to the service center to show the scuff mark (photo with number 1) and while taking out the phone from the glass window the phone frame hit the glass so hard that paint got chipped off from the frame.

Titanium does not guarantee that it will not be scratched, and it is grade 2 Titanium.

I was saying if titanium is so delicate and scratches so easily then it should not be marketed as more durable than aluminum.

Also , samsung did cost cutting by using grade 2 titanium.
