Yup buddy. May b u have allowed certain permissions, when asked... Check on settings.

Bro! Wifi scanning everytime turn on even if I am switching it off manually. As a result of this location gets switched on

S. I know that. I think it comes with system update. I know u feel quite insecure about that. I m facing it too.
