Location/WiFi based Routines issue

Recently after updating my S24 Ultra to One UI 7, I have found that you can't create any Location or WiFi based routines without mandatorily Toggle On Always Wifi & Bluetooth Scanning. If you keep that option off your routine won't run. With One UI 6 this was never an issue. Also with any UPI based Payment App you need to keep WiFi Scanning On. Otherwise your payments won't get processed. Thought of highlighting this alongside other already ever expanding list of issues with One UI 7

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
