In samsung galaxy S22 ultra lift to wake not woking properly its only 20 days old and whenever i'm picking up the phone its not waking up have to either double tap or have press unlock button for that any solutions for that????

Have you enabled lift to wake feature in settings..
If yes, then go to that and enable all required conditions for this feature..
If after this still you have same issue, then finally you have to master reset the phone.

Have enabled in settings checked everything did reset checked sensors no success yet

Then the last step is master reset and after doing that, go to recovery mode , clear wipe cache partition, restart and then try, your problem will be fixed 99%

But in the threads came across with the same problem been faced by others also with s22 ultra s22 models so is the model that is having the problem of lift to wake or its just my model that is facing the issue

Show it to your nearest service center then, it must be a issue ☝️
