Hi team.

I am using samsung S23 ultra and this device is currently running of Android 14 . However this device is capable of getting Android 17 update , I kindly request to look on this so I can get the new Android version and Samsung UI .

You can open settings and scroll to Software update and then select download update. It will show the available update, which you need to download and install manually. You may have to download multiple times as it may not upgrade to Android 17 directly.

Go to service center they can update ur device directly with android 17
