After 8.5 update in my S23,It is lagging some time____
1.While turning on bluetooth,it turns on very slowly
2.while pulling control panel
3.Suddenly Ui feels choppy
4.Device heats up during low pressure tasks
5.Battery draining increased than before

The update on old phones tend to slow down the phone I think it's a deliberate attempt so one can upgrade their phone 📱 my s23 ultra used to lag after every update

It's a major update reset factory data with backup then try to it's again. If you like please accept it's as a solution it's help to other users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution.

Wait for next security patch..as s 25 ultra received may update of almost 550 mb..after any ui update next security patch is most important..🙏
