I have lost my Galaxy S9+. I'm tracking it down via https://findmymobile.samsung.com/

Before that, let me tell you a few things.
1) When my phone was lost, GPS was OFF.
2) Mobile data was OFF.
3) The battery was around 40-50% when it was lost. Now, it is completely 0%.
4) Network Status: Offline
5) Can't locate your phone. Your phone will be located if it connects to a network.

I want to know a few things.
1) If someone charges my phone, will I be able to see any changes in the battery?
2) Does my phone need to be connected to the internet to see the Network Status: Online?
3) Can I still track it if GPS is not turned on?

Someone, please help me with the above queries.

Your phone needs to be connected to the Internet for you to track it.
