Led notification is reqlly possible in s20 series and even many other samsung phones.
Samsung needs to really wakes up for this.
How the white light rotates around front camera while camera is searching for the face. Same way the led notification lights of different colors app wise can rotates on the same camera until the user see the notification. it will use very less power and combined withbedge light.
LED colors can be customized as per app settings. please samsung do this..it is very important and required feature for smart phone.
Edge light will blink and stop but this is about when we are not in front of phone. Continuous blinking will help us about recognize notification with app wise light.

From Settings (app icon or cogwheel in notification bar), tap Notifications > Brief pop-up settings > Edge lighting.Tap Lighting style to customize the color, effects, width, transparency and duration of the Edge lighting.Tap Color by keyword to configure a smart lighting effect triggered by specific text in notification titles and body.Tap Show Edge lighting to choose whether it replaces notification pop-ups when the screen is on/off/both.Tap Choose apps to pick those applications that can activate Edge lighting when a notification is received.Turn on the Show even when screen is off setting.Tap Done when finished
