Jio true 5g network issues

My Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is a global variant 5G phone, but the jio true 5G network is not working in my phone 

I port jio sim to airtel then its working but not in jio. Why?

If it's new then ig after about a day it should automatically connect to True 5G (depending on the 5G coverage in your area)

Or try to do Flight mode OFF and ON...

Or reset to default in network APN settings

Please verify with jio team. Initially as part of introductory offers jio 5g was available only on indian handsets. Mobile brought frm outside india dont support. So please verify if jio changed that first

Kindle reset mobile network once it's solve that problem.

It won't work on jio as jio is standalone 5g model and airtel is non standalone 5g model

As your phone is global variant so it's due to difference bands in 5g tech used
