Hi Everyone,

I have S23 US version SM-911U1 and using it since last 4-5 months with One UI 5.1 and in this version Jio 5G was working perfectly fine and today morning I just got an update of One UI 6.0 and I installed it in excitement.

But now issue is same as posted by others, now its not showing 5G network as suddenly it is stopped working, I did all required steps bot no clue, so does anyone have concrete solution about this issue ?

Also I have already talked with customer support and they just told me that they are looking into it.

And I am also seeing the same S9 model in My Jio application, not sure what the hell is going on.

Looking for serious and fruitful reply.

Can you please confirm that your mobile is carrier unlocked or factory unlocked

I also have the same issue. After the update, 5g stopped working. Also using unlocked us variant

Such a poor service from Samsung, I have talked with customer care executive and he told me that, now onwards S23 foreign device wont support indian 5g network. So what should we do now?
