Are other phones getting 5G service in your area from Jio? Cause as much as I have experienced it depends on the specific area. I get Jio 5G at my home and even on roads near Jadavpur, Kolkata but as soon as I enter my workplace which is also near Jadavpur it switches to LTE+. Again as soon as I leave, it switches back to 5G.

Check if the device name is updated correctly in myJio app under mobile menu. I'm using S21 FE but for me it's showing as samsung galaxy J3 pro in myJio app, maybe that's why jio is claiming the phone isn't 5G compatible.
