Jio 5G is not working on Samsung S20 Fe 5g

After Android 13 update still jio 5g is not working for Samsung S20 Fe 5g

My s20 fe 5g phone is updated to Android 13 ..still jio 5g is not working.
Does anyone know why it's not working?
It was purchased in October 2021

Jio ids it as 4g device go to My Jio app true 5g section, check compatibility, tho if you check compatibility by brand name and device name in the lower section of the same page on my Jio app it shows your device is 5g  ready, do complain to Jio...

If it was a matter of some software update then my friend's 5g activated Jio sim wouldn't be working on 5g with 500mbs+ on my device

You are right.
In MyJio app, it's identifying my phone as 4G even though my phone is upgraded to android 13.
Also as you mentioned, in the lower section it mentions that S20 FE is jio 5g ready.

How should I complain to JIO?

This is for everyone's knowledge.
Samsung support agent on call and whatsapp chat has confirmed that 5G update software is not included in Android 13 update for S20 FE 5g phone.
So once we receive 5G update, then JIO 5G will work on our phones.
Some phones have already received 5G updates while some have not.

Great to know, as for in case of any need Jio helpline number to talk is 198 and you can also post your problems on their facebook messenger or Jiocare on twitter. My Jio was identifying my device as A22 before, it got fixed 2 days after i told them. The Jio agent also told me they are in communication with every smartphone brand pushing them to release updates for the devices ones that haven't yet.
