Hi after November 2022 update I am able to use Jio 5G welcome offer. I see that battery is draining quite fast when Compared to before. Anyone facing this? Is this normal?

Its Exynos 2100 ,if you use 5G it has the tendency to turn into an iron box and drain battery too much.

Qualcomm chipsets have better 5G reception and handling.

Oh k it's getting bit warm not like iron box. I think so the battery might take some time to get set with that as this is the first time I am using jio.

Try video calling or using mobile hotspot on 5g , I'll get hot ,so provide sufficient cooling.
