My phone display started separating from it's frame what should I do my phone is still in warranty and service center is asking for repair fees.

They shouldn't. Ask them to do it for free or else escalate the matter by writing email to Samsung seniors, heads and also spread words on social media especially Tweeter. Don't forget to tag all of Samsung handles.
