Issue with speaker

I have a Galaxy S20+. Today when I used it the media sounds was not working. The other call sounds, notification and system sounds were normal. I had to restart the phone to get the media sounds working. What could be the reason for only the media sounds malfunctioning?

once Reboot in a safemode and lets see

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.
