Issue with s-pen

Today I've checked my s-pen for doing some work and suddenly noticed the peeling of s pen from two spots, I use the pen very rarely and my phone never fall down nor my phone fall down in the liquid causing any kind of damage. If someone knows the cause and solution for this please let me know 🙏
