Issue with one ui 5 / latest updates

I am facing issue with one ui 5, dialer has a bug. When I  am receiving call on 2nd sim screen is stuck, i need to turn off and turn on the screen to deal with the situation. It's happening twice a day but not acceptable on flagship phone. I have cleared cache via recovery mode but issue doesn't resolved. Kindly fix the issue asap.

Swap the sim places of 1 and 2 and try out. If problem still continues contact samsung. Or customer care. It might be a dual Sim issue. If it persists in all One UI 5 received device It will be fixed in future updates. If still your problem continues download and set google phone dialer as default and check it out if still problem continues direct message. I'll see if I can help!

Issues resolved with google dialer and it confirmed the issue with Samsung dialer again. I hope Samsung will fix small bugs soon to enjoy Samsung ui.
