There are too many issue's which we are facing if you are facing the same comment down 

1.SLOW INTERNET SPEED 
2.BAD CALL QUALITY 
3.UNUSUAL BATTERY DRAIN 
4.HEATING ISSUE 
5. RAM MANAGEMENT

Both are OK in my case but it could be on applications usage

No. These problems doesn't exist in One UI 2.5.
These issues came just after One UI 3.0 update.
PERFORMED FACTORY RESET 2 TIMES.

Factory reset should have solved it
Mine is 3.1 and 11 so far so good but then again it's not used much
May be dropping a mail to them with some analytics log might help but not sure
