Issue regarding Screen recording

Facing problems to record media and mic audio recording while screen recording. In call can't record audio voice and while other time only audio or media sound can be recorded. So I request to resolve this problem as soon as possible.  Facing so many problems for this.

1. Clear cache:
Menu>> apps>> settings>> apps>> screen recorder>> storage>> clear cache.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask question).
