Hey, @samsungcommunity I have been facing this issue for a month and even it is not only one there are many more issue like when I turn off my phone(to avoiding distraction from social media to focusing on my study) and thereafter sometime when I turn on it after sumtime massaging app start automatically, From January Security Patch update I found that photos quality have been down graded like in day light picture I found that photos are blury and noisy. 
Please guide me!

Kindly stop permission for notification all concerned social media apps in their apps settings. Clear catche and clear data of camera app and reset camera settings and reset all settings of your's device in general management settings .also complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also,click 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Greetings from Samsung customer support.

As per your query, we'd request you to follow the easy troubleshooting steps that might help to solve the photo quality issue.

Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on the camera.
Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprints, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.

Reset camera settings:
From the home screen tap on Camera>>Tap on Settings>>Scroll up and tap on Reset settings>> Tap on Reset.

We would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve the application issue.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

Note: To delete files or uninstall apps that you do not use anymore, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL.

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.

Uninstall and reinstall the app:
Please ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection to your mobile. Downloading via mobile networks may result in additional charges.
Please ensure enough storage space in your device.
Please ensure your device has sufficient battery for updating software. (above 50%)

Uninstall an App:
From your Home screen, swipe up to open the App drawer. Find the app you want to remove, and then touch and hold the app's icon until a popup menu appears. Tap Uninstall, and then tap OK to confirm.
Some preinstalled apps cannot be uninstalled. Tap App info, tap More options, and then tap Uninstall updates. Or, tap Disable if you do not plan on using the app.

Reinstall the App:
Galaxy Store apps: Open the Galaxy Store, and then tap Menu (the three horizontal lines) in the upper right corner. Tap My Apps; from the Apps tab, find the missing app and tap the Download icon.
Play Store apps: Open the Play Store, and tap your profile picture. Tap My apps & games, and then tap Library. Find the app you want, and then tap Install.

Keep your apps updated: Open the Play Store, tap, and then tap your profile picture. Tap My apps & games. From here, you can either tap Update next to individual apps or tap Update all to install all available updates.
