Galaxy S
I am writing to report an issue with a newly purchased Samsung phone. The device has a display problem, where I can see noticeable bubble-like dots on the screen.
I visited your authorized service center to get this resolved, but unfortunately, I did not receive proper support. The staff were not responsive and informed me that this issue cannot be fixed. Additionally, they mentioned that the problem is related to software, not hardware — but no clear solution or next steps were provided.
As a loyal Samsung customer, I am disappointed with the service experience and the lack of clarity regarding the issue. I would like to request your guidance on the following:
What exactly is the cause of this display issue?
Is this a known defect or a software-related problem?
What should I do next to get this problem resolved?
Can I get a replacement or repair under warranty?
