Not only ui7... All samsung 5g capable device were stop 5g during power saver on condition..this is not a issue.also check yourself. 5g radio band consume more battery so they drop power frequency at the time of power saving on...if u want this turn off power saver
Turn off 5G is a feature primarily focussed on power saving aspect. You would be aware that 5G network is power hungry. For people who live in non 5G areas like small towns, villages, mountain tops this feature help to conserve power. 😊
