Hello, I am facing a problem when trying to open documents received on WhatsApp. Earlier, whenever I clicked on a file (PDF, DOCX, etc.), I used to get proper suggestions such as Word, OneDrive, Adobe Acrobat, Drive, etc. (screenshot 2). Everything was working fine until two days ago. But suddenly, instead of showing those document-related apps, I am now only getting irrelevant options like Samsung Health, Google, and Google Wallet (screenshot 1). Because of this, I am unable to open my documents directly from WhatsApp. All the necessary apps (Word, OneDrive, Adobe, etc.) are already installed on my device. The problem is only with WhatsApp’s "Open with" suggestion list, which seems to have changed unexpectedly. Can anyone guide me on: 1. Why this issue started suddenly? 2. How can I restore the correct "Open with" options for documents in WhatsApp? 3. Is it related to default app settings, cache, or a WhatsApp/Android update? Thanks in advance for the help!
